Role Summary
Title: Performance Manager
Reporting Line: Performance Director
As a Performance Manager, you’ll be responsible for strategy, implementation, and account management across your client allocation for paid performance channels like Google Ads, Facebook etc. You will also help mentor and manage some of the junior members of the team.
MAIN TASKS INCLUDE
- Implementing strategies that deliver performance across your clients
- Ensure all work that is send to the client is accurate and of a high quality
- Be responsible for all communication with your client contacts
- Ensure timely delivery of reports, attend WIPs and QBRs
- Remain up to date with the latest changes, products, tactics across platforms
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client
- Implement agreed strategies
- Manage and communicate effectively with clients
- Attend WIPs, QBRs and ensure timely delivery of reports
Team
- Build internal relationships
- Contribute towards the skill base of the team where possible
- Work closely with and mentor junior members of the team
Product
- Help with the development and improvement of products
- Ensure processes are properly documented on internal Wiki
- Investigate new platforms and channels for clients
Learning
- Continuous learning and improvement across related platforms and products
- Read and pay attention to industry publications
- Become highly skilled in Google Analytics, Excel and all industry accepted tools
PR & Biz Dev
- Help cross and upsell current clients
- Help generate PR ideas and stories
- Contribute to the blog
Learning
- Continue to improve and build on content and SEO skills
- As well as learning on the job, read and pay attention to industry publications
- Become highly skilled in Google Analytics, Excel and all industry accepted tool
Success Measurement
- Retention of your current client base
- Year on year increase of your client’s KPIs
- Be up to date with all relevant certifications

Prior Experience & Qualifications
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Three to five years agency experience in similar roles
- Excellent working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook and other advertising platforms
- Excellent working knowledge of platforms like Search Ads 360 and Campaign Manager
- Great working knowledge of Analytics platforms like Google Analytics
- Client services experience (agency background is an advantage)
- Working on well-known and complex brands
- Expert level at PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and results orientated
- Great communicator
NICE TO HAVE
- Technical degree or background – think Finance, Computer Science and so on
- Working knowledge of how Google Tag Manager works
- Experience with data projects and visualization tools like Tableau

- Base salary – based on experience
