Recruitment is a competitive space online, Robert Half services numerous international markets and needs to innovate to continually grow to attract both candidates and clients.
Robert Half discovered that their international sites were all competing with each other for organic rankings within the search engines, and in many instances, the correct country pages weren’t ranking.
Indago spotted this as an opportunity to improve organic visibility and traffic for not only the Australian market but the globe. It would also serve as a better user experience for Robert Half customers, increasing onsite metrics.
Indago Digital’s strategy was multifaceted, combining technical, content and outreach activity to drive organic visibility and relevant country traffic for Robert Half.
We implemented many technical and content recommendations with Robert Half’s web development team.
We ensured that the correct country domains could start ranking through Hreflang recommendations whilst also undertaking a content campaign targeting terms across the user journey for new pages. A well-crafted link-building campaign also helped ensure the content could generate organic growth.
An internal linking campaign ensured these new pages attained maximum authority and search engine ranking potential.
Through a combination of outreach activity, and technical implementations, rankings improved dramatically for key target keywords, some of which were previously only visible for international sites and not Robert Half Australia.
Robert Half saw huge YoY increases in their organic traffic as a result of these recommendations and activity, with organic traffic now over double that of the previous year.
