The Chisholm Challenge
Chisholm Tafe was similar to many educational providers with multiple faculties with different budgets and targets. They were also trying to promote both online and in-campus courses.
The campaign we were taking over was complex, mature and from an established agency. The question was how we were going to make improvements.
Our Methodology
The campaign was rebuilt from the ground up. Keywords were segmented between faculties; landing pages were created to direct cross-over keywords and several rules created to ensure the faculties were not directly competing with each other.
On top of that, we used Google Ads 360’s budget management to ensure we invested time optimising the campaign, not managing budgets.
The Results
The new campaign provided instant results and within three months the client saw a 67% improvement on their overall CPA. That was achieved even though investment increased.
