The Chisholm Challenge
Chisholm TAFE was similar to many educational providers where there are multiple faculties with different budgets and targets. They were also trying to promote both online and in-campus courses.
The campaign we were taking over was complex, mature and from an established agency. The question was how were we going to make improvements?

The Methodology
The campaign was rebuild from the ground up. Keywords were segmented between faculties, landing pages created to direct cross over keywords to and a number of rules created to ensure the faculties were not directly competing with each other.
On top of that we used Google Ads 360’s budget management to ensure we invested time optimising the campaign, not managing budgets.

The Results
The new campaign provided instant results and within three months the client saw a 67% improvement on their overall CPA. That was achieved even though investment increased.
