The Crown Challenge
The main objective of the project was to redesign and give the ADT Security website a professional yet functional good looking website, the second objective was to include SEO segments to help the site rant on first positions.
Also cre created a new set of pages like the APP section, that encourages users to download and use their Smart Security System through their mobile phones.
The Methodology
We perform a research assessment to identify the users pain points and goals, we use different tools to gather data and analyse their behaviors, after we discovered the potential User Personas we reorganized the Information Architecture (IA) and proceed to prototype the pages into an interactive wireframe preview.
After the prototypes passed all our tests we continued with the design and handed over the mockups to the website development team to implement the new updates.
The Results
The new pages are visually more appealing than the previous site, the responsive web development and implementations was integrated using their current CMS system.
The Pages conversions improve and the new pages started getting visits and driving users towards the Contact section and/or Get a Quote form.
