Job Description
This is a rare opportunity for an exceptional, self-driven, and tenacious Data and Reporting Analyst, to take on a new challenge and grow our proprietary set of digital marketing tools. Indago has been building these tools in their ‘spare time’, they are already market leading allowing us to drive exceptional results for our clients and are a key facet in our business development process.
Reporting into the CTO this role will see you play a role in the whole life cycle of product development; from strategy through to scoping, from project management to roll out across our client base. The ideal candidate would have:
- Worked on large data projects
- Analytical brain
- Experience or interest in online marketing
- A history of web development and getting your hands dirty

The role is suitable for either a part timer or full timer, 7.5 hours a day (flexible hours) and a mix of in office and at home working. Salary depends on experience, seniority and skill set.
Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee and lead projects from ideation through to completion
- Project managing multiple development projects simultaneously
- Ensure the appropriate resources are in place and that projects are conducted in a timely fashion, within approved scope and budget
- Lead all aspects of the project management cycle, including;
- preparing business cases
- project plans
- allocating resources
- developing and managing budgets
- supplier and contract management (including sourcing and hiring)
- communication and meeting reporting requirements to ensure project outcomes are achieved
- Lead the maintenance of existing software and services
- Build and maintain robust documentation for end users
- Manage both inhouse and offshore teams through Agile methodologies
- Ability to own a vision and clearly articulate it, the objectives and influence others
- Early warning of any potential problems in meeting project deliverables
- Stakeholder management
- Rigorous project scoping
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Skills Required
- Understanding of agile methodologies, requirements gathering, prioritisation, identifying and addressing constraints, dependencies and risks
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple team members within development projects
- Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to collect and analyse complex material and data, and present it in accessible formats
- Commercial acumen
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Diverse understanding of web technologies & methodologies including but not limited to; NodeJS, ReactJS, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, website hosting, cloud computing & networking
Experience Required
- Experience working with GCP & AWS
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in project and product management and strategy with a proven record of successfully launching products.
- Experience in working on large scale project initiatives related to data, analytics and / or insights & web design / development.
- Bonus experience includes;
- Experience with UX design
- Previous digital marketing experience
