The ins and outs
As a Paid Performance Manager you’ll be responsible for the implementation and account management across your client allocation for paid performance channels like Google Ads, Facebook and display. You will also be responsible for managing the people in your pod as well as driving strategy for their clients.
- Building and implementing marketing strategies that deliver performance across your clients
- Ensure all work that is sent to the client is accurate and of a high quality
- Manage and communicate effectively with clients
- Ensure timely delivery of reports, attend WIPs and QBRs
- Remain up to date with the latest changes, products, and tactics across platforms
- Implement agreed strategies
- Manage and communicate effectively with clients

- Manage your pod from a daily and general performance perspective
Prior Experience & Qualifications
- Four years’ experience in similar roles
- Excellent working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook and other advertising platforms
- Excellent working knowledge of platforms like Search Ads 360 and Campaign Manager
- Great working knowledge of Analytics platforms like Google Analytics
- Client services experience (agency background is an advantage)
- Expert level at PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and results orientated
- Great communicator
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher
- Working on well-known and complex brands
