What Is Google Tag Manager and Why Is It Important?

Re-marketing, analytics, conversion, call, and other tracking tags are probably littered all over your site.

While some you use, most you probably don’t. Whereas some are so old that no one knows who put them there in the first place! But guess what, they all slow down your load speed and frustrate potential customers.

By effectively managing your tags within one tracking tag which everything plugs into, is by far the simplest and fastest solution.

Within the GTM interface, we can add, remove and update tags with ease as well as test to check if they fire correctly and collect the required data.

We prefer testing Google Tag Manager changes in test environments. However, the built-in testing sandbox helps avoid any mishaps on the live site. Once tags are tested, they are pushed to the live site.
