Historical Review - We first review historical campaign performance and 1st/3rd party data. With an understanding of pre-existent data, we can work with clients in developing processes and campaigns that aren’t only tailored to unique needs, but also deliver on their KPIs.

We dive into client objectives, constraints and timeframes to reach agreed-upon metrics that will measure performance.

Optimal channels - We then formalise a brief with the client to develop a media plan and schedule addressing the campaign requirements.

The user’s journey

The user’s journey - We form our campaigns around explored user journeys from the data analysis phase and use channels that are best suited to each user journey stage.

For example, reaching users with display, engaging them with social and/or video - all before converting them with paid search.

Reporting and performance analysis

Reporting and performance analysis - Once a campaign has concluded we put together comprehensive reporting and performance analysis, all centred on the initially agreed KPIs.

These insights are also relevant factors when improving future campaigns. If it is the first campaign executed with a client, we review the process and work to implement any required adjustments. These findings are then utilised in subsequent campaigns.
