We’re very happy to announce that Indago Digital has been named Agency of the Quarter at the Google Partners Honours awards, in the “Business Outcomes” category. Over 132 agencies across Australia & New Zealand participate in the program, with Indago emerging best in category at the Honours event this Wednesday.
The Business Outcomes award “recognises successful and/or innovative approaches to pivoting clients to fully utilise Search (and possibly other channels) to achieve business outcomes for clients”, and the category focuses heavily on the use of automation and machine learning to measure & optimise media activity and return. The award is given by a judging panel of Google experts based upon a submitted case study for work completed that quarter.
Our case study focused on our use of multi-stage attribution across our full patch of clients, which we implement as a best-practise rule to ensure that we are correctly assessing all elements of a campaign with regard to the final conversion point. With this approach, we are able to get the best return on investment by focused on the individual role of all channels and keywords in use. We were commended on the breadth and consistency of our strategy, with our case study even presented as an exemplar at the event itself.
This is the first round of awards given out this year for the program, and the team are keen to continue our success into the upcoming quarter.
